Panasonic's 64-bit Eluga U2 with Android Lollipop spotted online

Panasonic is ready to announce its first 64-bit mid-range handset - Eluga U2. As the successor of the Eluga U, this new handset comes with HD display and 4G LTE support (700/900/1800/2600 MHz).



Eluga U2 is the company's first smartphone to run Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. It houses a 64-bit quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 mobile chipset paired with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB built-in storage.

The Eluga U2 offers a 5-inch display with Full HD (1920x1080px) resolution, a 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 2500 mAh battery.



Panasonic Eluga U2 is priced at an affordable $254 for Taiwan. Availability for other countries is yet to be detailed.

Panasonic Eluga 2 - middle range phone running latest android lollipop 5.0 ! BUT the UI had destroy it! It look so outdated! Why still black status bar in launcher! The bottom part also so outdated and ugly! The whole phone look like android gingerbr...

Panasonic mobile phones is now owned Panasonic its sold to indian brand karbonn couple of year ago.. The quality of hardware is poor and single os updates and after sale service is to too bad..' its use and throw...

Everything is acceptable other than its battery capacity... For a 5" Screen at least 2800 mah and above should be made .. I m gonna try it when it comes to India
