I have changed my eluga a2 battery twice because it gone switchoff when we remove charging and by 2nd time because of slow charging(it take 1hr to charge 10 percent).i think we need a remedy

Mobile very nice but battery very low life with 9 months failed,service center very very worst in Churhat Distt.-Sidhi (M.P.) so Panasonic brand items not satisfied

i am a user of panasonic eluga a2 since april 2016 and till now there not a single problem in it , accept the software but it is not the phones problem. it is the problem of the company that they do not give the update of the android version on the old phone. ther are no battery issues in the phone. it runs for full day.

The same problem goes to me.... after 3months battery dead. Even after 100% charged .. i have to plug the charged even if its full to keep the phone awake. Its alwys off.. can Panasonic solve this problem??? Needs remedy .. please fo something. This product is very bad

Worst experience with Eluga A2 from Panasonic. 1 Star. Dont buy please. It will not last after 1 year.

Panasonic Eluga 2,The original battery,hardly six months age lasts for hardly 7 hours,no video games played,just few calls and whatsup messages. Seems a bad buy.Can Panasonic give a suitable remedy?
