We bought Panasonic Eluga A2 in February 2017;
There is some serious issue with this phone as mobile goes off while making calls.
Even after 100% charge of battery, level immediately goes very low.
Not able to find nearby service station at my place greater noida. Service station at delhi is not able to resolve the issue.

ELUGA A2 was gifted to me in December 2016; now its battery is not working. I took it to the only service center in South Calcutta - "Arya Infotech". They refuse to accept it even for checking, without the original bill. I have spoken to the gift-giver and he has thrown the bill away. So what do I do now.???

Mobile very nice but battery very low life with 3months failed,service center very very worst in tamilnadu Tirunelveli so Panasonic brand items not satisfied

This is great during cold winters (very).

Panasonic eluga a2 is the worst mobile this model every mobile getting battery problem. My mobile is getting battery problem in 5 months I I'm giving the mobile at service center he will says you come back after 20 days the mobile will be sent to Panasonic company your problem will be rectified. After 20 days I will take my mobile I'm using my mobile but after one week the same problem will be repeated. What am I do.....

The company should not make fool to its customer by its brand. I have bought panasonic eluga a2 mobile and only 5 month a battery problem occurs. It died completely.and there is no service center in my area so I have to cover 185 km
