lucky, 22 Jun 2016Depend upon person......how they use itUsers are not that dump,they(Panasonic) must make the phone in good quality....I never recommend panasonic products ever and will never encourage to go for that brand.Very useless product.

It is the worst phone I ever seen,no one go for Panasonic Eluga -I,their customer support is pathetic than that,lots of complaints,those who owned that -good sake throw it away - and have peace of mind.

purchased eluga, out of 12 months of warranty the phone had to be given to sevice center twice for same problem the phone did not boot, once i got it bach after 1 month and second time after 45 days. 25 % of the time the phone was in the service center, now the touch has gone bad, service center is asking for Rs 4000/- for replacement of touch as the warranty expired 1 month back, HORRIBLE PHONE AND SERVICE, NEVER BY A PANASONIC

i bought it in may 2015 and in june 2016 it was dead. and within 6 month its start creating problem.
i contact to customer care where i came to know that 1 have to pay 7000 for it. and the cost of the ph was Rs.8000.00. i suggest not to buy panasonic product. v. disappointed

not good & not bad ...but Panasonic's software is very slow or many features haven't installed....., sound(bass) is very very poor....

panasonic smartphone have many issue in hardware and software . it is worst phone and very poor performance. phone hanged and parts is very costly . if you damage eluga i service center charged you 5500+ service tax. don't purchase panasonic phone

Nice design .. Very attractive ..good performance ..multi tasking is good ...no hang ..no. ..lag ...but battery is very poor ..and heats .up ..a lot
