t purchased eluga mobile 17/111/2015 bt then dare hanging problem. times refrench it by service centre......now last 45 days my mobile in service center....no further sanctification answer by the service centre due to hang problem,and noise problem,,,,,,
so what can do......nobody take pannasonic

Last month i purchased eluga icon slate 13 mp camera and front 8 mp camera, 3500 mah battery.please for god sake do not purchase as the phone is having hanging problem.processor is slow.no responses from call center.

Hi All,
I am looking for a help.
I bought the eluga L4 just a 2months before and now my internet is not working i setup the seetings again with Vodafone however it worked on 2g but after the settings in never give any sigh on the top i am sick of useing this phone.

After calling to someone mobile display goes off and unable to cancel call from our end. Required to press start button.

type password to decrypt ur storage and never had any such password any help please post i tried every things like formate pressing vol+ and power still getting same message

Harry, 04 Aug 2015Can you tell what are those settings. so i can update as same.Go to setting and go to about phone then click on OTA there will be 3 updates....when you complete 1st update after some days there will be another update and after 2nd update there will be 3rd update...after that there will be no update and problem will be resolved....

if anyone has (screen turns blue) problem you have to update your phone from the setting itself..there are 3 updates . when you finally update those 3...this problem will be resolved...there will be no hanging problems after that..

i suggest to every body not to purchase the panasonic eluga u phone. the hanging problem, automatically switched off and on , very very poor service(means no service)no customer care service. i suggest u should shut down your mobile services in india.

it has very very poor camera quality......in low light it takes very poor photographs.....2GB RAM is not of any use....mobile gets hang and screen becomes blue in colour...& gets switch off....it is cheap & worst phone ever
