Switch problem. Sound is low. Service centre has poor service staff and very few in a city. Recommended not to buy.

Pls dont buy any panasonic product. the service and support of panasonic smart phone is very very poor. i was bought 2no's os eluga u phone on December2014 , my both phone are damaged in very short time.one of the phone s back body is damgae and The another phones touch screen got damaged by just slightly being pressed by coin in my hand bag.Then i went to authorized service center of bhilai chhattisgarh, service the engineer told me that the hand set is physically damaged and not comes under warranty,
so my phone was sent to Delhi by service center for repair on 18th feb 2015,
but still my phone is not dispatched from delhi according to the service centre of bhilai.
