My father bought Panasonic P51 in Jul 2014 , and in 15 days itself the phone started showing problems. The phone switches off on its own and does not start. Tried charging for 4 hours but still it did not start. Visited Service centre in Noida for the same and they took 4-5 hours to just work on a simple issue and returned the phone saying that there was a virus in phone due to which problem occured and GM service there gave his number and assured us that it will not create a problem not. but just after one month the same problem arise. Its pathetic phone and the after sales service is also pathetic. People , if you want to waste your money then only buy this phone otherwise , please look for other options.

i bought panasonic P 51 in august. recently i saw my phone getting switched off on its own. if i dont use the phone for good 7 to 10 hours it starts .by then the battery is totally discharged. it seems this phone has 3 major problems.
1) the headphone sound is too poor.
2) the phone gets magnetized soon and then the overheating problem occurs.
3) it gets switched off on its own.

Dear Frnds,
Panasonic P51 is osume phone i have purchaced since last three months ago, its working so fine best quality , best photography everything is best only just one thing is missing in it we cannot change font type in this phone , if we can do then anybody can tell me how... and plss kindly suggest me how to upgrade with kitkat version....

very low output sound I am unable to here the call sound and the music also the network reception is also not that much good for 3g not a good product to purchase . I purchased with snapdeal Better to purchase MIcromax

Hi,
I got my Panasonic P51 from Reliance digital 4 months back and feel it as good one for price. But i see an issue with ALARM. I have set an alarm in the morning. When it rings see blank screen which never disappear tried power button, Power button with Volume button,... the alarm goes on ringing. There is no off button displayed. Not sure when this happen since i tried setting alarm after 15 mints or 1 hr it works fine then. Tried setting off AUTO Off option too but didn't help. I have the auto powere off/on set. And the alarm timing is after the power on timing. Can you please suggest me how to go with this.
And also some times(not always but atleast twice.. some application becom unresponsive without any reason).

i hv purchased P51 in sept 2014. whenever i play videos recorded by camera a message is displayed media file type not supported. although videos sent through words app are running properly. kindly help

I have bought panasonic P-51 from Relaince Digital koramangala Bangalore.Since the day i purchased ithink i brought Head ache.It get switched off every 24 to 36 hour.When gone to Reliance digital they direct to service centre.I have had given the hand set to service centre .They had sent to Dehli office.got 2 days before again it got switched off automatically.I am a frusted coustmer of Panasonic.And would never recommed panasonic phones to anybody.

Camera / Video has focal issues . clarity blurs suddenly and it takes a while .. Battery is really enduring n otherwise a decent phone.. Cheers

I'm quite happy and s... moreUsing it since July 2013, faced the issue of phone freezing/black screen 2-3 times but easily overcome with restarting ( pressing both power and volume button together ). Excellent phone, superb screen, best resolution, fast processing.A real Value for Money handset. I don't know why people still fall for SAMMY cheap gimmicks.

Using this phone since November 2013. I'm quite happy and satisfied with the phone.
I'm surprised to read abt issues like low 3G connectivity, low volume, heating, etc. Never ever faced these problems in the last 10 months.
It was only once I faced a problem with the phone which was last month. It got suddenly switched off. Went to the service centre and they made it alright in 10 mins without charging me a penny.
Its a good phone for sure.
