i don't know what's the best you have found in this handset, may be the one you are using is testing and working perfectly. i am facing continuous issue since last 5 months fro the date of purchase. here i am mentioning my 21st mail that i have send the panasonic team for the defective handset issue.
panasonic team,
this is the continious mail chain regarding my defective panasonic p-51 handset status. it’s high time you people still not responding properly to this issue since last 5 months. i have already lodge a diary complain in the nearest police sttaion with two of your support executives as defendants from panasonic as i have communication with these two people. all the mail chain print outs and the recording of mobile communication have been submitted with the complain. i will proceed for the consumer case as soon as i receive the fir copy from the ps. as per discussion with the iic this is the last mail from my side if you people still not respond to me soon then fir against panasonic will be processed.
someone from panasonic delhi had a cmmunication with me last week and assured speedy resolution but all goes in vain. i don’t want any further bogus assurance from you people. your attitude towards customer is really very very drastic in nature and should be withdrawn for the shake of tiny customer base that you have in the smart phone business.

Camera is Ultimate and touch quality,screen resolution and plays HD videos are very crisp. One of the Fantastic mobile phone. i am using this handset since from April/2014.Found no problem, its Battery is Excellent ,after heavy to very heavy usage battery stays for 1 day full. Do not Blame a Good Phone, I Recommend all to Buy without Fear. Its one of the Good Handsets which i ever seen.

When I am trying to connect my phone to window XP, I am unable to mount it as mass storage & can not copy files from phone to PC or PC to Phone, I can remove the memory card & connect it to PC though, But P51 is not getting mounted, can anybody please suggest the solution, thanks

I have 2 # Panasonic P51 for last 1 year now. Best mobile in this range. People have changed and brought P51 after seeing my mobiles. 3G works super fast on 1 sim as the other sim is only 2G.

GB, 18 Aug 2014i bought this mobile fifteen days back and already it has s... moreI have the same problem. IT gets switched off even when the battery is fully charged. Then you gotta wait till the battery drains off(Which can take a few days) and then you have to charge it again.

Even many times I don't come to know about incoming calls. I am very disappointed with Panasonic company because of sound output of the speaker.

It is the wrost mobile.The manufacturer is accpeting that this P51 model is trial model and in this model 3G will not work.If any body have this mobile then check you may face problem in 3G network.The customer service is very poor.There are lots of Mobile collection centres are available in INDIA not customer service centre.It is better purchase any CHINA made low cost mobile but do not purchase Panasonic mobile.

I using Panasonic P-51 for four months. I am happy with it, downloading of data through wifi is very fast. I did not feel any unconfortability with it. It fell thrice from my childs hand, it did not get damaged. I am very much happy it.

I parches a panasonic p51 last 2 month back and i use only 1 Month and now and phon is totally not working and not star i real realise panosonic company is totally scme ,chaina mobile better to panasonics ,panasonic p51 i can not give 1,000 ,
i see the panasonic future is not good
and i pary to god please finish this company ,panosonic is chit to peopel

I am using Panasonic P51 handset . Am facing a lot of problems. mail problem is on Camera, gallery, LED torch and scanner. the are not working properly. Hang problem, Automatic restart many more problems. I am really frustrated. I selected this phone because of the name Panasonic, reputed Japanese company. Once I have sent a mail to their helpdesk but got a rude reply.
Is there any buddy to help me to sort it out this problem? Camera, Gallery, LED Torch , Cam Scanner not working. If I restart it, then it will work for a small time then again it will go to hang. And also I note that it consume too much battery. During charging it became over heat.
Please help me.
