Please do not purchase Panasonic since the company itself doesnt bother to reply even sending frequent mails to their authorised compeny mail ID. My phone has been send for repairs almost 5 times within period of 6 months. I should suggest to go for high volume sale based gadgets where in even a corner shop could service and repair at better price.

But it was new and seal was not broken fully newly packed. I don't know what is the difference in between the retailer and online sales.are these refubrised ones? Currently the mobile is in main service centre, delhi for repair. Since last 4 months I have visited the service centre 6 times and the handset had gone to main service centre Delhi for 3 times for repiring purpose. Financially I have already lost 1500 extra in terms of going to service centre no of times which is about 30 KM from my resedence and also lost many data due to frequest handset changing. What else can I expect by purchasing a smart phone like this...

i bought this mobile fifteen days back and already it has some glitches...it gets switched off suddenly despite a full charged battery and you cannot switch on simply bcos the battery is internal ...never ever go for this mobile ...this is just but a nicely finished chinese phone...

I have noted that most of the people who have purchased online are facing problems. I have 2# P51 but no major issues. The 1st handset is now 1 year old and the 2nd handset is now 6 months old. The 2nd handset has the auto switch off / blank screen problem = which can be resolved by pressing power and volume up button.

Within first 3 month the mobile is 25 days in the service center. Headphone, mic issue is very serious. It restarts automatically. Wi-fi stops, hangs.

6 days before I bought Panasonic P51 from snapdeal,I had lot pf problems that is the first one is very poor camera quality,i compared with same photo which is taken from samsung galaxy grand is very good but the quality of panasonic is very poor and the battery also is very bad it eats my charges.and if you buy this one,thereafter they won't never care about your queries,because they gave the promocode from aircel which is never working and the handsfree can't found in the package(which is already opened).I know the above review is good because that the first model of panasonic is japan made, now the product from china so please beware of the product from snapdeal, if there is any doubt please call me at (09790503772)

it's a decent phone with many pros and cons
pro's
-good camera quality, video recording
-amazing display
-good design
-fast operations
Con's
-switches off and can do nothing
-reboot's for no reason
-bad hardware quality
-mic and headphones gave problem within one month
-headphone's quality is bad

I had purchased this phone few months back thinking Panasonic is in hardware for long. But within few months phone started giving problem on display. Panasonic on their own do not have service centre and rely on Karboon service centre. Firstly they say it will take min 15-20 days for repair. When I went their for first time 90% of the customers had faced issues more than once. I even talked to their Maharastra head Faiyaz - 8806112982 and he said Panasonic can't help out.
This phone does give problems every alternate month.
