- Contact Messed Up with different names and number
- Over heating so can't talk more than five minutes
- Very Poor Battery Backup
- Contact list is keep hanging
- When contacting Panasonic CC, they simply redirected to third party service center and I can't afford to give my device for month to resolve such issue.

battery is not available in Bangalore, their is no service centres

been a year since i purchased the T11 panasonic... the phone was replaceed within 10 days... because of caller voice could not be heard... then the batery went dead in one year... to replace the battery took 15 days... no stock with the service people in bangalore. now pone went dead last week depositd he phone with the service ont the 28th march... they called me sying that the mother board had to be replaced!!!!! the phone used to heat up during charge... to obtain the motherboard takes 25 days minimum... do not ever by the phone ....wait for some time collect as much money to by an apple Iphone... which is currently now the best phone

Same battery problem in T41. Handset experience is good. battery problem is not solvable.

Undersigned had purchased Mobile, T 11, year back, with a impression that it is Panasonic and product must be genuinely good.
During the visit, found the set very good. However, following points are found
1. Poor sound quality.
2. Has to reset frequently.
3. Heats very time to time, even if telecon for about 2 – 3 minutes.
4. Poor back up time.
At the service center, nobody is taking care of the customer.
Recently, for poor back up time, visited to service center in Pune – Shree Mobile Service, Patil Plaza, Sarasbag. Regret to state that no body is bothered to attend. Moreover, the numbers mentioned were not available / non-reachable or switched off. Undersigned is residing about 150 Km from pune and have to spend complete day for such a small problem.
Surprisingly, once visited I had been answered that the battery of specific model is not available and just check by telephonically, after 10 – 15 days.
In the context of above, please let me know a single reason why I should go for any Panasonic product in future?
I am deeply dissatisfied for the product and service availability.

panasonic moble phone is not good. customer service and service center service is very bad. after purchasing panasonic costumer care not support.

i buy panasonic t11....... its battry backup was very poor ........its a wastage of money...... no cover no service centre.........heating problem muust .....take too much time in charging

phone seems to be good but the problem i faced is the battery back up
if you control the heating issue of the phone by closing the heating apps or running apps. u will get the battery back up upto 2 hours.
some how the gsmarena is posting that the t11 having CORTEX A7 but the reality is it having CORTEX A-5 chipset..

Battery back up very low.....no flip cover in market .....camera low quality.......
