Hello friends I am chandra prakash,
I have Panasonic T11 since 2November 2013. I have faced many problems till now.
1).Heating issue - cell phone back side panel very hot during any work.
2).Video playing problem. Wifi range and connectivity problem.
3).Contact addind problem.
4). Software updation problem.
5). Service very poor.
6). No good response after sales seservice.
Then finally I prepared a case and file into the consumer fouram so I want your support so please tell me the Panasonic T11 all problems for strong case for me and all Panasonic T11 user.

guy i had bought this mobile some how about 8 month ago. for the 1st two month phone was performing but slowly its battry started to exhaust.One more problem with panasonic is that it does no have authorised service center. they run there service center with local mobile shops who don't know about the phone, they just upadate the software and handover the the phone to the user

Panasonic mobile sucks as the battery back up is phatetic which is the major problem....

Its a waste of money .. i bought it in february this year. there is no cover ,screen guard are available in mrket . i got my cell broken last month now i am not getting screen or parts in market even at service centers . so guys dont buy panasonic

I purchase. T11 three months back this mobile waste of my time and money because display is shake when songs and videos played and another problem is battery backup is low i.e, 5 to 6 hours and hang on sometimes........ and use continuously. 30 min to 1hour battery and processer is getting heat.....

I had purchased Panasonic against all advices from friends and family.
I ilked the feature, it has everything I wanted and price was very reasonable.
But just within two months it got display problem. Nothing was visible on screen.
When given to service centre in Borivali they said it will take 25 days to repair it.
I asked for replacement, but they denied.
When i received my phone from service centre, display was repaired but it got sound problem which was not there earlier. I could not hear anything. I had give it back to service centre. They repaired it.
After 8 days it again got sound problem. The voice was not clear. So I called Panasonic cutomer care and told them everything that happened and requested for replacement. Customer care simply denied the replacement and diverted me to service centre. Service centre had already denied replacement. So now I have to survive with faulty phone or buy new one.
Overall very bad experience with phone and also panasonic after sales team

panasonic t11 i am using from seven months designed is failed to anticipate calculation of power consumtion of processor and battery back up and campass not available but shown in features that is very wrong companies behave like chines mobile i am very upset about design of this piece and features.....

I bought this phone at the time of launch itself, but i wont say it is very good phone, but some how ok type but the battery is poor and now i had a problem with battery and went to the service center in chennai (only 2 centre is avbl) they dont have the stock of battery they said they will get it in a couple of days i was waiting more than 20 days still they dont have the stock...!! they dont even bother..! rediculas service not expected this from this brand, my recommendation is dont buy this brand.

One should not buy this phone. I am unsing this phone formlast 7 months. The big problem i am facing now is its battery gets discharged in 6-7 hours with no usage. And it gets heated up while using Internet and Playing games. Don't go with this one.While buying New phone keep in mind Your battery should be atleast above 2000mah capacity.
