And dthis phone supports 64 KB type new ones. Deactivate old sim and get a replacement.

Manoj, 25 Mar 2014very poor battery become hot in about 10-15 minIt is not the battery heating up it is the processor. There is nothing wrong in that . You will never see this phone hang . Whatever you do it responds immediately unlike a Samsung. The only issue is battery which is even in an iPhone 5. So carry an extra battery pack.

May be its a good but response after sales service is very bad.I had email to Panasonic customer care about some issue in my phone their response was not a problem solving.
Panasonic is a big company its getting a good response from Indian market but its Cover are still awaiting. I communicated to Panasonic customer care in the month of December they assure me that it will be available in Feb or March,Now April is going on still not available.

I went in for the same handset(Panasonic T 11) in September 2013 and I am finding it a best buy as I never got any problem with its battery back up and overheating problem. Sound and Camera quality are far better than Samsung and Sony and i have never found any difficulty with contact list. overheating usually occurs when machine is being used while charging. I purchased it from a Chandigarh based Panasonic Brand Shop.

i am using it from last 6 months.
i found following issues in it.
1) battery life is very low
2) issue with heating phone
3) contact list mesh up issue.

I bought this cell, but after a week time it contact list is generating and duplicate contact is created with different name and number. also it Pics is overwrite with the existing pics in the Cell.
Is there any solution for this issue????

i purchased t11 online from amazon.com 10 feb, got in time well packed,after using 4/5 days phonebook started to resemble with similar name or number, means 2 contacts with same alphabet, it doesn't shows name and number of same contact, i complained c,care went there got rectified,but 8 days passed again same problem facing ,it is very difficult & expensive to go service centre and wait an hour or long,because service centre is not panasonic exclusive 5-6 other small co.at same centre in janakpuri. i shall not advise to rely on big name

yes i agree this all. very very poor battery. within 2 to 3 mins phone became very hot and battery drains fast. why panasonic not mind this problems and his customers.
