I purchased my phone in February of this year and in about two week the camera broke. I was careless I must say but I can’t get the part for it anywhere, well I’m from Guyana so it’s not sold any where over here but the owner for the store where I bought it goes over seas a lot and he can’t seem to find it either. I really like my phone a lot but after it broke it’s giving me all kinds of trouble, now when I call someone I can’t here any thing only if I put it on hands free and that no privacy at all, what I want to know is why this is happening is it a technical problem or is it something to do with my settings. Could someone please assist me? Thank you.

i have it from 2 months and already i am on way to crash him under car!!!the batery is bad..soft also....

Would u guys say that it is a good phone and recommend me to buy it? I need a phone right now and this phone look pretty cute but i dont know how i works, so can someone plz email me and tell me the good and the bads about this phone?

hey ppl.. the shutter sound on this phone cannot be turned off..smtimes its quite annoying.. ;)

Well folks I bought the phone the other day and now am having problem in accessing the phone after powering it on.It cant go pasyt Panasonic logo and hangs up till i remove the battery manually.It had hanged up when after deleting a picture taken and set as wallpaper and i removed the battery manually.Please can somebody give advise as i love this phone.Thanx in advance.

HELP NEEDED to connect x300 to PC. After months of searching i finally got the data usb cable and after installing the software i get the error message : "trying to connect to the handset" but no data is ever downloaded to the PC. Anybody got any clues? Thanks.

i bought the x300 just before christmas in england when it first came out, it cost me £120 from the carphone warehouse. the buttons are quite annoying but one good thing is that its still going strong after so long and a lot of accidents with it!i've had no trouble at all with it apart from trying to get new games! does anybody know where to get games from for this phone?!

i just got this x300 yesterday, the design is good but the problem is if you create a message and suddenly press the end key, your typed message is immediately erased!! huhuhu!! :( and one more thing is the video has no sound!! waaahhhh...
i have one question, how to turn off the shutter sound in the camera???

Hey, I have a panasonic X300 Have had no problems with it other than trying to connect to the internet..
Any one know why it keeps sayin network error? Can any one help me?
Other than that it is a good phone.. I see alot of people say that the speaker phone sucks I dont think so.. it sound fine to me. But if any one can help! pleas e/mail me. Thanks..

i just got the x300, and inserted my sim card without any problems. 2 days later the roaming signal came up, and now won't go away no matter where i am. i returned the sim card to my original phone, and no roaming signal showed up. i checked the network settings, and it shows cingular as my home network on x300. i have even called cingular, and they said that my last calls were listed as roaming on this phone. what should i do? plz!!!!! help me!!!!

Well my friend the USB port is the same you use when you connected for recharging the battery...it seems odd this way but that's how panasonic did it (I think the X500 use this same recharging port like a USB port). Remember you can only upload files no bigger than 48K each one of them, so dont expect you can upload to your phone bigger files than this (let's say 50K to up each file) the software (handset manager) doesnt let you do this..why i still dont know??¿¿¿¿ and if Someone knows a way on how add files bigger than 48K please send some post on how to do it!!The phone uses polyphonic ringtone of 40 different sounds generation 3-MMF from yamaha, this means ringtones made of over 40 sounds cant be played on this phone...(that are the 5-MMF and a new one 7-MMF sound chip from yamaha). And remember the little monitor of this phones has problems too if you talk more than 10 minutes the phone get hotter and you will see bad pixels on the screen (some of the less color than others in the picture you have like wallpaper) and I have even heard that you can actually burn the screen (bad pixels all over the screen)and i have only hear this on panasonic models, in not other cell companies(nokia, sony ericcsson, benq, motorola)I saw or experience this, this is the first phone of panasonic I had and it's a shame they do have screen problems...I wonder what the hell panasonic where thiking selling this phone if the screen can actually burn out the pixels and make you see delayed icon images on wallpapers and viceversa of just talking about 10 minutes......this is bad...:(
