Can't understand PPL, who like nokys. Practice show these guys simply old brand-attracted. Nokia's not the same anymore. Terrible STN displays, big sizes, worst ever rings, cameras out of competition. Very complex non-intuitive menu. Design for gipsies. When get msg - can't simply read - at first should look thru sender info. Only plus - long batt. life-no wonder for such a brick ,but still philips eg. will be always better...
X-70:This one's nice(particularly very fine design), but now motorola overcame features.

well i personnally think the x70 is a brilliant phone how ever i think that panasonic could make a phone with more accessories and a attrative fascia.

Well, Teng, go and buy another mobile phone. I've tried all the other brands and they were so unreliable. I'll stick with Panasonic gsm's until the end of times! No Samsung, Nokia or Sony Ericsson for me, no way!

Problem raised by Linda has already been fixed. Problem by Teng still under investigation. Panasonic will strive harder to improve for future products. X70 is actually a great handset and a lot of effort has been put in to make it so.

I wonder you guys work for Panasonic or what?
Me & my friend in the electronic trade just bought this phone days ago. On the same day of purchase we found that the camera function is very bad. The LCD appears to have those unstable blue dots which we can't even took a clear picture.The photo light doesn't even serve any purpose. Even Samsung phone V200 can take a clearer picture. Try point the camera against some dark surface, close or far, you will see what I mean. I had sent my phone for repair which they told me is was built to be like this. my friend experience some echo sound when using the bluetooth earpiece. I wonder if this happens to anyone of you. Talk about features, the phonebook doesn't even shows contact no. which what Nokia had(with option to choose).And don't even talk about message.We don't know who sent the message unless we read the whole damme thing.
I felt cheated from reading all those ads,partly was my fault because the shopowner told me there is no more stock left and I had to pay first & get the phone on the next day. I discovered the above on the very same day but was not allow to change to another phone.I swear I will not buy any panasonic product again.
Well, if you guys really work for Panasonic, I really hope that you can solve my problem with this phone.

Basically this is a wonderful phone...but onli just a small flaw in the camera.While charging the phone, if u switch the phone off and then on again, the camera cannot be used at all. All I can do is to pluck out the adapter from the phone itself and off on the phone again..

Can anyone answer these 2 questions?
1) Does the X70 sync with outlook via bluetooth?
2) Does the X70 allow PDA's to connect to GPRS via bluetooth?
Even my old T68i does this but I can't find any info re the X70.

X70 was launched in Spore on 5Dec'03. They have road show 6-7Dec, got free gift Sin199 Pioneer DVD player & free head set bluetooth for signing up to the contract plans. If w/o line is Sin$988. Is this phone really thet GREAT ?? Sb knows better ?? Compare with GD88/GD87 ?? Dont waste too much for unworthy product or prototype product. Advice ??

this website ustronics.com got this phone on sale at a pretty low price. Think its worth buying, even with free shipping? Seems like GD88 is better, dont know, me confused.

Despite the many rumours about this phone, it DOES have JAVA! Man, you guys suck.
Bought it yesterday. And it's soo cool that I have to properly clean my hands before I touch it.. My precious ~__~
And the IR port is hidden. I never thought such kawaii phone could have soo many features on.
If you are well-off; BUY IT.
If NOT; well, SUCK to BE you.
