my mobile sky vega A850L menu button panel (menu button + Back button etc) not working i dnt know why, i tried to hard reset and factory reset 2, 3 times but the problem same. if any one knows the problm please share with me here or email me (shyeyes54@gmail.com).

But no keypad is available there to type. And after some time from that interface it keep restarting. Some of the vendors say that its dead now. And according to them the only solution is to replace the board of the cell. What should i do?
