I bought this phone last year and after about 9 months the hing is broken!! Now I can throw it away.. It's a nice phone to work with but the speakervolume isn't loud enough and the buttons are too small for my fingers. It's a nice phone for people who doesn't use it often. If you do use it a lot, don't buy it, it will break. Greetz Rob

it a good phone to use but better to look at,can't beat nokia for speed texting even in the slightest but the callers listing is the easiest on any phone by far,the call list gives quick access to incoming and missed in one list.Ring tones are wack non alert tone for text mesg could be room improved there.The light ban cool should have gone around the keys,also key lights should have been a better colour for the dark.Personaly i like simple phones and design,features and performance are very good just room for slight improvements,excellent battery and talk time.I have the silver version330 and im looking for another in a dark colour black if possible.One last think maybe only maybe caller id on the flip but it may destroy the design slickness of a smooth face.Thanks for your time Theo....

The phone is great, it looks good and slips into my pocket easily. Mine is begining to look shaby after 6 months and the lid is cracking at the hinge (a design fault). I am glad that it was free with a cordless home phone that I bought.

It was just sent to my mum 3 months ago,the manual came in french,which has been real difficult for us to read and understand it functions.
is there any how i ca get the interpretation of the funtions of the parts in english.

I very like Philips 330, but it hasn't a good ringstone. I wanted to istalle a sound, like on the Nokia was the Bee, but couldn't. What can I do? It's mean for me, because I can't hear my phone's ringing in my bag.

I have one philips 330, look is fine function also fine. The problem is that I canot download the ringtones. I have done what is mentioned in the mannual. but not getting . what I have to do to get ringtones

I've just got it locked from other country a week ago abd I still can't find someone to uncode it in Romania for a reasonable price. The romanians are very good in uncoding phones, but it's look like only for nokia...
In rest is a good looking phone, stylish and I hope I'll be satisfied with it after uncoding.

I have the phone for 1 month now. Great looking phone. Small size. I bought the 330 because of it style. I used to have a Nokia 1100. The 330 Reciption quality not as good as Nokia.

Why my Philips 330 easy to Hang??? sometimes it tooks hours to get it back to normal, I just bought it for 3 months why is not tough? like the other cells phones?

I just bought this phone and it looks great! It's small and lightweight. It's a pleasure holding it in my hand. It's not a high-end phone ( no bluetooth, infrared, 5 games or camera ), it's even monochrome but it's worth every cent !

I own this phone for now about 6 months. Overall the phone is ok for the price i paid. In indian conditions the phone did well, but the construction is really weak.
Phillips should improve upon the build quality. The phone's menu is easy to use and the ringtones are really good. The memory is amazing, right now i'm storing about 250 messages, but the software is getting slow with high usage of memory. Here i feel there should be a communication port available in the phone to transfer the data.
Anyway the problem now comes. The screen got scratches easily and the buttons lost their shine and gloss. The keypad is really hard to use and you will not like typing messages on it. The battery performance is good.
Now after 6 months, the display is giving problems, it gets stuck i think it is b coz the phone closes with a bang and hence this weaks this already fragile phone. And moreover the serivce stations are not that many in New Delhi, INDIA.
Anyway served me good for 6 months but i think i'll have to change.
