does anyone know how to turn off the intro sound when the phone is switched on and also how to turn off the sounds when you enter blank folder or menue's
well i've turned off the keytones. basically i want to turn off all sounds other than the ringer.

The 568 is a great phone looking at the features and price. Quality is ok compared to other mobile phones. In terms of design it looks a little bit like a SonyEricsson.

A good buy for an ordinary phone. I like to look, buttons, menu, and design (good to hold). Downsdes are: sound quality is not the best. The camera is burry. Also the auto key lock activate too fast (just 2 seconds) and you need three steps to release it.

This phone has a bug... If you write a "ç" in one of your SMS, without passing the 160 characters limit, it will count as 3 SMS... Be careful! I don't know if there is a software update yet for it!

oh God.. are u crazy people? this phone is nothing compared to samsung's and sony ericsson's products.. the camera is so blurry!? how could they call it a camera phone.. sucks!!

A great alternative to Sony Ericsson, Nokia or siemens. The philips brand is at least not so common as the rest of the crowd. Cool Design, great finishings and superb sound quality.....just try Philips as an alternative to competing brands....by the way last year Philips doubled their sales in the GSM market (so maybe a Philips GSM is not so rare in the near future)

the phone is to replace 535 in certain markets. I looks really good for its price. check some other pictures on the web and u will get the idea.

You've made the OLED and poly-LED screens for mobile use,and you are still using an STN screen...
then NO radio,NO MP3,No iRDA,NO BT...
Come on.
I know you can do something better than that...

okay... i have the 568... but i cant use alot of the functions. like how does the composer work? when i click it, it says no ringtones avaliabe. and is there anyplace where i can get a usb cord for the 568? it an awsome fone by the way.

am a distributor of your mobile phone in india ,i want to suggest you that you should have loud polyphonic ringtones for indian customer , sinse the debacle of your product in this country is only because your ringer tone which is very low, further your phone gets hang which need to be relook

i think this fone is a little underated just look at the style of this fone its sleek and slim though yes the features are a little out dated, needs features like mp3,bluetooth,fm radio to really be in with a chance of selling, im also happy i got first review woo!
