It seems like a good phone, but I'm having a big problem : when the phone enters standby mode, the screen is too dark . You can't even read the time

Highly surprising that the Fisio 825 does NOT support MMS messaging (if current info is correct). The combination of a colour display and GPRS but NO support for MMS makes this phone a no-go. MMS is a must in 2003 in mid- and high-end phones.

what becomes unlocked with Virgin after you spend £30, and does it have to be a £30 voucher or say £10 x3 vouchers at spent over 2 months?

I have got the Philips Fisio 825 and although it is considerably better than my last phone it isn't what i expected. There is NO melody editor, and the manual i recieved with it does not tell me how to use the Foto call. It is also very hard to find a website that has ringtones for this phone, it's like it doesn't exist sometimes.

I am one of the Philips lover, you do not beleive it that I have 2 Xenium 939, 3 Xenium 9@9 in my hand, I love Philips products because of your products reliabity is good, in my house we buy only Philips TV, and we have 34",29" 25" and 20". It's a pity that your service are going to kill Philips Brand from my heart from now on. You know why, because your company in Thailand service is worse than the other brand.

About in July, my 29" TV out of order, I contact to Philips and Philips said sent to consigned subcontactor company. 1 week later they brought it back with the bill. When I was home and Tv could not we did know but repairman said remote out of order too and Philips could not repair remote. So I brought remote repaired in some shop near by, remote fixed allright, But TV still dead, so, I complained to Philips head office in Bangkok, this subcontactor brought back to repair, almost 1 month , this time, TV could turn on but use at least 5 minutes before the picture came, and the other side of speaker was dead, I keep on complaint to Philips, so they brought back to repair, and O.k. now but the picture so poor that I have to bring to other place besides Philips to repair.

My second expirience, was my Xenium out of order in Oct, Philip head Quarter in Bangkok no service, so we have to go to your agent company and you do not they said main board was out of order, surprising enough, my mobile only has some noise and cut when driving, when you hear the unbeleivable repair price I think buy the second hand one is cheaper, That's why I have 5 sets of Xeniums.

I know all of your products are good, but your service are going to kill Philips, you know, I use mobile phone from Ericsson,Motorola,Nokia and Philips, and till now, the best is Xenium 939, longest talking and standby time (forgot to tell you, I use more than 3000 minuts/months)

With your service like this, I am going to say good bye to Philips and use Sony products with better service.

So I do not care how Fisio 825 is good or not, because your bad service image still in my mind. There is no other better words besides good bye and god bless Philips. mind.

bought the fone from the link on virgin for 130 quid, that included 15 quid airtime. once you have used 30 pounds worth of airtime on virgin they will unlock it free!phone itself is excellent, features rival t68is in all ways except theres no mms!tried the bluetooth with a t68i, everything worked brilliantly although cudnt receive images from it? cant beat it at the price, now we just need some add ons, e.g mp3s / cameras.... o, if anyone has managed to set up the email on this, please let me know, im having difficulty with "network connection errors"
