My philips fisio 825 is on the Virgin Network, and I am thoroughly fed up with the fact that it has games already pre-programmed that are taking up 77% of my precious memory!!! I am getting nowhere with anyone, as to how I can have them removed, and you say there are no games with it, well there are!

Philips Fisio 820 took its sweet time to come up very late in Malaysian market so much so I got tired of waiting. By the time it appeared, I had learnt all about its setbacks and flaws (by readers' opinions) and that had killed off my appetite for it. Now Fisio 825 is still nowhere around in Malaysia and the sole distributor could only offer the inferior Fisio 820 whilst we are asking for the new Fisio 825. When will Philips come on time? Wake up Philips!

I am disappointed with this phone.
It has none of the now standard features eg Java, downloadable screensavers, ringtones, etc. It looks good and call quality is good, but that's about it. Philips don't even offer a site for support and when I tried to sell the phone on, the shop wouldn't buy it because they were unable to find anybody who sold any parts for future repairs! The explanation given was that it had not sold well and so parts were not made available. You have been warned!
