You are the biggest liar Mr. Andrew Williams. Every Philips' phone has an excellent reception. The only truth is - Philips' accessory is very hard to find.

I bought this phone because it was the smallest and lightest I could find at a reasonable price. Reception and sound quality is good, although support for the phone (downloads, accessories) is poor. I cannot setup email and there seems to be no voice mail service either. This phone does not have a ringtone maker despite what the reviews say! The battery is fine, seems to last as long as it's suppposed to. To all the people who wonder why their memory isn't at 100% when the phone is new - this is because the phone comes with rintones, various jpegs, BMPs and a game re loaded. If you don't want them then delete them!! Overall 7/10

Battery performance is dire not what is stated on this review myself and a friend have fisio 825 and they last at best 2.5 days and they are brand new less than 2 weeks old.
Also they are on Virgin and reception is diabolical and has forced us to pay £30 each on the phones on virgin airtime to get them unlocked to move to a better Network for better reception.

my friend and I have fisio 825, poor reception and transmission, very poor battery performance 2.5 days at best with GPRS Off and No Blue tooth on either.
The brick game is taking up far too much memory.
We are having virgin unlock and may go to Orange or Vodafone.
Email still not sorted this end tried to get help from Virgin but no luck so far.
USB Blue Tooth Adaptor for £39 in uk and USB Cable to phone is due out end of march if philips dont dump the phone before then.
Do we sound annoyed yes we are but trying to sort things out.

I can get this for 85 pounds in the UK. The price tells how load of rubbish it is and the design is a complete immitate of a brick!
