I bought phone today. But I saw it have not sipport Java, Blutooth, Irda only USB. I told Computer Source to Improve this phone With Blutooth, Irda, and java. This phone main Problem is it can't play the rcorded video. But the mp3 sound is very nice.
Anyone there to help me for good discussions

Those who want a phone like this + real unique philips desing + IR + 1.3 megapixel + long and sharp video take, netter look fpr the philips 588. BUT of course those extra's come with a price.............Can't remember if it has Java. But it does have an amazing camera and pop email.

I've bought it recently. Its a dashing phone for music lovers at a low price with superb mp3 quality and huge built-in memory (can be used as data traveller). Camera quality is average. Colour and design smart. Very user friendly and strong structure. But you should BE AWARE that this phone doesn't support any java softwares or games (many websites say it does,, wrong!!). If its only got java and bluetooth/IR, then undoubtedly it would become the best of the year. But who cares for those! This phone can rock u with its sound!!!

Hi,it’s me Sayem from Bangladesh.I bought S800 last month.Its performance is nice.Who can give me an mp3 player with a camera(though the resulation is bad)in nearly 115 US$ here?I don’t care whether it looks like Samsung or anything else.You can easily download songs from your PC.Simply,it rocks in my budget.

well..if u need a phone for txt purposes and mp3 only, this phone will do. camera resolution's not so good, i find it easy to download songs from my pc. i've had this phone for only 2 months but so far it's still functioning well..

Philips s800 is a phone with a very good mp3 player in a considerable price.The sound is great.You can also take pictures and record video.I am happy with it ..Sayem bin latif..

I havent tried that yet but i dont want to be disappoint. Anybody tell me if what really philips s800 is?.The time i red all of your opinions and ive noticed some of them are negative opinions!

this is really a not so good phone. i tried one and it did not suit my taste. it lacks connectivity options. the price is indeed right for the phone. it is comparable to asus & lg mobile phones though lacks expandable memory. think or better yet TRY IT FIRST before buying one! i'm very happy with my Sony Ericsson K750i. i'm glad i made the right choice. i hope you do too. cheers!!!

Great phone,though color resulation is not so good.But I am happy Using that phone.ButI am facing a problem.Is it capable to load a video file from computer?if possible then reply me.That means I want to see a video file using video player that provided with the phone.

i have just bought the phone. And i think its a great phone at a lower price for music lovers. Camera quality not so good but it doesn't bother me. Sound quality is good. and weighs small and ofcourse smart.

it is a mp3 player,nothing else.it doesn't support .jar .jad & .sis file.it is a big fault.anybody know which file it supports?!
