Some Xenium models like "9@9g" can't play MP3 files weighing more than 523KB. This is ridiculously small. Does this phone have the same limit?

The battery is 1850mAh it takes 7 days to consume 1/3 of the battery. This phone has really long standby time than any philips phone before.
It is not perfect but it is cheaper than some Nokia phones with same function but it has outstanding battery performance. So happy about it.

Im trying to make a decision between 9@9k and 9@9u ... but im not happy what I can read about the battery stamina
I would be happy if somebody can explain that ... but if the specification is max 2mnths stand by I would expect some between 7-10 days in normal use
im really suprised and disapointed :( .. give it some time than i make final decision about them

I've also bought this "magic" philips xenium 9@9k, but i just don' know what's wrong with it ...'cause the standby is only 4 days maximum in normal use ! i've already done the 3-5 charge/discharge in order to get the maximum out of the battery...and still the same result !
The difference from the regular one is that mine has a 1850 mAh battery, and i don' know if the probleme is the battery, the charger or is somethin' from the settings (i brought it from www.yesasia.com, 'cause they had it first time).
Can u help me in any way please!?

I have bought this via ebay and shipped to the UK for about £125 i must say on first impressions, its a brilliant phone with great functions. Not sure about the camera qaulity, although thats not why i bought it. I really hope the battery does what it says on the pack. But overall it 9.5 out of 10!!

Today I got the phone guys,... after a long long time... it's nice what can i say so far.... but if you order it for Europe, keep in mind that you'll also PAY: WTA/TVA... 'cause YesAsia.com, is not like on eBay... so on that matter, now being available on eBay too,.. use it don' buy it from YesAsia !!!! you pay the same amount even if it looks that the price is Low,.. trust me i had to pay another extra 33 Euros just WTA/TVA !
About the phone... later,.. 'hope is gonna take at least 1 month before I'll write again and give the OK FOR IT... even 'do they say is 2 months standby !

long time ago (1999) i used philips genie (wonderful pnone), recently: I just bought this xenium phone 2 days ago and it is really satisfying phone (good by to nokia e50), user interface is really easy, even though camera quality is bad than nokia phone series, but it doesn,t matter for me. bravo philips, hoping the life of battery as advertisement

Philips sucks. Does they know what is modern technology.. I mean can you imagine a phone with this configuration without edge....
