Its charging very slowly even in 12 hours it doesnt reach 100%...disappointed

Got my phone back from customer care. They said they have changed the pc board. But problem still there. Dropping 6-8 percent per hour in completely idle state. Bad service.

Further update on My post of 10 August 2016. As I told Q Mobile customer service is very bad. The returned me the set after only resetting to Factory Default. They claim that they had installed some file to overcome idle battery drainage problem. But my problem still persist. Now I again handed over the set to customer care. But after 10 days no answer from them. When I asked them about the set delivery. They said the set has been transferred to lab and they cannot give exact date of return the set. Hope my waiting will be fruitful and I will receive my set duly rectified. But still then again my old words do not buy the Q Mobile Phone at all. And stupid people at Q Mobile factory and repair centers.

charging issue is solved you just have to switch off your phone and then start charging then it will just take one hour so i dont think that this is a big issue or deal. i am using it best phone no hanging issue and reasonable phone.

Its not a mobile it is tension for z10 costumers.because it have battery and charging porblme regrully.

dear. as you know that its a low budget phone and i am very satisfied with its performance however the charging speed with its original charger is slow but backup is normal its a good phone with good performance no heat-up issue at all

2G internet is very fast an other phone it is a good phone but 3G internet is too slow
