Lowest quality phone. People dont buy it. Batterys drops 5-9 percent per hour without any usage. I means wifi, data connection off. Not even a call or sms and still droping 5-10 percent per hour. It will totaly drain out in about 10-12 hour without a single touch. Gone to customer care. They returned after just factory reset. Stupid people. I can also do factory reset. So for which purpose they are sitting there. They asked me to use power save. This is the solution in there opinion. Never buy this phone. And just try not to buy q mobile at all.

You didn't charge it it take more than 3 hour to charge with original charger only and with others after one hour it charges only 2 % so it take all day to full charge on other chargers So...

AnonD-551850, 22 Jun 2016hami bhai can u tell me the way to upgrade z10 softwarego to settings and search about device then search software update click at this software update automatically start downloadind and installing butt you must b connect with a wifi connection this time because in factory setting soft updatet downloadind via wifi only

One of the worst phone regarding battery.
Battery drains out in 2 hours while charging to full takes exactly 3 hours.

first when i bought this cellphone I have got weak battery issue which was resolved by installing new software update afterwards I am having no battery issue from 8 am in the morning to 10pm in the night with alot of calling and 3g on .
negative side is CAMERA .. camera is very good in proper lighting condition however it fails indoor
otherwise this cellphone is great

I found one more issue in this mobile.
3G mobile Data only runs with H, and not supporting H+
H and H+ are related to 3G technologies, H+ runs internet 5 times faster than H.

There are few major problems in this phone.
1. Battery is too weak, you have to recharge battery twice in a day.
2. When use mobile data (3G/4G), then mobile getting so much heat up, even you will feel when your mobile in your pocket.
3. Charger is extreme slow to charge battery, it takes 8hours to charge full battery.
