Ugly device with a crappy companies logo attached to it. "sick brah, you see how good that scrolling through webpages looks with my 120hz refresh rate?! nothing even compares on the market!" Hard pass, Razer is trash!

Hi, i got my Raser phone 2 a week ago. I read everywhere that the weight of Raser 2 is quite huge 220 g. But when comparing it with my Asus 5z the weight is equal. I compared also my Panasonic CM1 weighting 204 grams and the Raser 2 is lighter. I found that my shop says it is 145grams: www.multitronic.fi/en/products/2211456
I can check the exact weight next week but how is it razer 2 owners?

RoReaver, 09 Jan 2019I am getting eye cancer just reading some of the dullards i... moreYou do realise that even if you're not a gamer, higher refresh rates on screens is still beneficial? Of course, there's drawbacks to it like increased battery drain BUT there's still no reason we can't have ever increasing refresh rates, even for casual users. TVs themselves are supporting higher rates, why can't phones? Might not be many uses for it on a phone now, but eventually there will be. You probably are the sort of person who feels cassette tape and vinyl records are the only technology that holds any value and are unable to adapt to reality. Things are changing.

I am getting eye cancer just reading some of the dullards in here... 120 Hz screen on a phone. ON A PHONE. What e-sports first person shooters are you guys playing on a phone?
Like literally I'd get it if it made a practical difference in your gaming experience but if you're bargain hunting and complaining about the lack of 120Hz I hate to think what your PC builds look like.

Battery life sucks (lots of review about battery discharging etc).
And then camera (also sucks).
Audio? (still a no. noise vibrating like you're in a toilet)
120Hz refresh rate (see battery above)
What about after-sales service? (questionable).
Also, a "gaming phone" huh?
Why would I buy a phone that's excel in gaming but sucked in every other departments.

Gets too hot, can't game at 120hz, screen still not bright enough, speaker grills get filthy, battery life shite because of power sapping useless 120hz screen. Tell me I'm wrong. If you bought it, of course your going to defend it. Just buy any decent SD845 phone and it will be fine for games, and probably have better battery and brighter screen.

They do it because it makes a great difference in fast paced gaming or a really extreme slow motion video. But in normal use you wouldn't feel the difference.

Such a shame about the battery life as those speakers, 2K display, and Nova Launcher Prime are major wants from me. Heck, it's even perfect for T-Mobile with Bands 66, 71, and 48. If only Zerolemon or some other brand could create a battery case for this phone to make up for the battery life....it would certainly allow one to enjoy the 120Hz refresh rate more...

I still have mixed feelings for this phone. It would be a nice phone to play music and show off. But it's just the fact that you can get the first Razer Phone with most of the things. The IP67 is nice and the wireless charging is good. But it's just the fact that you can have like 90% of the same thing from the first Razer Phone

I feel like the guy who did the review didn't do the score. No way with is this phone 4/5 with so many cons, especially considering half of those totally contradict the pros like - Gaming Plus mode as a pro but gets seriously hot while gaming con and the 120Hz display but no game going over 60 fps!
The review was written great and true but pros and cons and score are absolutely shocking.
