10 bit, hdr10+120hz panel vs 8 bit, hdr10 60hz, older WiFi standards, slower ram (probably lpddr4 on mi 9vs lpddr4x on 10 pro+) slower storage, slower charging and worse battery endurance, 10 pro+ has stereo speakers, mi 9 doesn't and mi 9 has virtual proximity sensing while 10 pro+has an actual proximity sensor.
Dimensity 1080 will beat the 855 (a78 vs a76 cores) in cpu bound things aswell and it'll probably have more hardware features too (855 should have a better gpu though).

Does anyone else also feel it is overpriced? Phone seems like 20k + 3k for curved display for the features as it is comparable to Redmi Note 11 pro+ 5G mostly except for processor and curved display. Also this phone has no gorilla glass or IP rating?
What is the use of a 108MP camera if we should stick to 12MP settings?
IHMO it required better camera and OIS support for the price.
Will this phone's price come down once Redmi Note 12 Pro+ gets launched with better features?

Overpriced. I bought Xiaomi Mi 9 at 2019 for rm1599 or around 360$ and the specs is still match compared to this phone. Rule to buy new phone is to wait for the price to drop..

Seems like in certain market, it is released with MT Dimensity 920 instead of MT Dimensity 1080 e.g Malaysia

I'd buy this if it didn't have curved screen. My current Xperia has display from edge to edge (not curved), it's impossible to watch videos while holding it horizontally; always accidentally tapping somewhere. Never again phone without bezels, let alone, curved phone.

that has almost everything like sd card and 3.5mm jack!!!
also 1tb would last you more than usual phones today.
its like having a laptop on your pocket.. though you no longer get updates. but thats fine if you dont care about.

Anyway the software is crap on Chinese phones, they are to be bought cheaply, used for a couple of years, then discarded (not much resale or trade-in value) and you buy a new phone.
