Watching YouTube videos on realme 3 Pro is really amazing experience because the picture quality is crystal clear even at 480 p and the loudness of audio with clarity is amazing I love this phone so much

RN7 Pro is inferior in every way, both on paper and practical tests, except *maybe* scratch resistance of its screen which still isn't good enough to not apply tempered glass. Performance, camera, price, quality of phone, battery, OS, stable updates - realme 3 pro wins in all those categories.

Note 7 Pro has a really poor camera. It just makes low light pictures brighter, which you can do with any phone using snapspeed, but people think it means it has a good camera.
Realme 3 Pro camera quality is comparable to OP6T. It even uses the same camera lens as OP6T. I don't know about op7 but someone here compared 3pro camera with S10+ and found S10+ to be only slightly better. That tells you a lot.
