Mine works great. Been using it for 4 months I think and I've faced no problems so far. I still haven't updated to RMX1971EX_11_C.01 tho, since it seems that people are having problems with it.

Almost all phone that updated to Android 10 are facing issues. So I think they'll be fixed in future updates.

Hi
I am looking for a new phone & to me this phone is too old & over priced.
There is a lot of competition now in this price bracket.
The Co. Should keep only 8 GB version now & that too below 12000 to bring in some customers else there are better phones around with newer features from Realme & other brands.
Do share your response guys.
16000 for this phone is too high these days considering the competition.

March update file still not yet available in the realme support page is a clear indication that the updated is bugged and still being fixed.
