Been using the phone for 4 years and I'd say it still gets the jobs done. Also I recommend downgrading it to Android 9 so It will not lag very much. I've been thinking on putting a custom rom for this phone but ehhh I think I'll be fine on normal one for a while..

if you updated your Realme 5i to android 10 u will encounter some problems like lagging and' lots of frame drops while gaming. i already experienced that problem, so i decide to downgrade to andoid 9'. And after i downgrade it the phone back to original' smoothness.
and now nov5 2023 im still using realme 5i i can play callofduty, ragnarok x. this is better than infinix model now because of the chipset of realme 5i ''the snapdragon 665''
even the camera is great until now. u just need a better shot and angle to have a perfect shot :)

Its good when it still on realmeui 9 but when updated you cannot even play, so i decide to downgrade so i can play ML i bring back the old ui witch is ui9 still using it and playing ML
