Have anyone experienced call issues after the latest update.
I'm getting voice issues after short time during calls on Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro.

Yo, Realme!
Can you make this models again & add an infrared feature again?
Coz, it will be makes more easy for costumer to turn on Electronics without their own remote control.

@Plamenpetrov & others with similar query -
1) Realme 6 pro has better camera - ie around 25 - 40% lower noise then Realme x3SZ as i have X3SZ and my Bro has 6 pro so i can comment on both. I dont know whats issue with X3SZ , i will not talk of night mode , in Night shots - automode images are ---.
2) Realme 6 pro camera is better then 7 pro & in all probabilty 8 pro as 6 pro has 2x Optical zoom with a big 1/3.4" (12Mp) Sensor & that has really low noise allowing you to zoom. Even the 108mp HM2 Sesnor falls behind as here you get more to zoom (Details) in Daylight.
3) Realme 6 pro night mode is better in some respects to 7 pro , but in some respects 7 pro is better but its too close , will have to see how 8 pro night mode performs.
In all probability apart from better primary cam. for realme 8 pro & 7 pro there is nothing much going for it (Except the screen & CHarging but we are talking only about cameras here) , the 2x Zoom lets you go ahead of 7 pro & 8 pro (Atleast in daylight ).

I speak to the customer service, suggest me to save all my data, make device reset.
So I make everything and do the factory reset settings
And now everything works fine

Hey Everyone,
my Realme 6 pro software got updated last night.
today morning i started feeling lag in finger print unlock. it is not responding properly. and now most of the time i have to unlock my phone with unlock pattern as finger sensor is not responding properly. there is not setting change in fingerprint unlock its set on light touch. It was working fine yesterday before software update.
Does anyone else facing the same issue?

Hello, everyone. I need your opinion, experience and advice.
I decided to buy a phone, first I stopped at 6 pro but then I decided X3 SZ. and I still hesitate.
The price of X3 Sz is 250€ , 6Pro is 200€. I read a lot about both phones. Naturally, I would prefer the powerful processor and 5x zoom, 120 Hz display and UFS 3.0 than 2.0(6Pro).
But I can't understand why since the sensor on the main camera of both phones is the same, the android is 10 and has the UI of both phones. Why X3Sz photos have more noise and the night mode is worse than that of the 6 pro. is this a hardware or software problem? and is it fixable? I'm not a gamer, I'm not a photographer, but I want to when I have to take quality photos. and being able to play games like MobileLegends (I know both will work perfectly for me) not regularly.

How can I resolve my problem with RM 6 Pro where if I open it after charging to 100%, the battery becomes 97 or 98% immediately without using it. I don't even use my phone while charging because I am turning it off when charging. Someone help me. Please.
