Try this: extract the microsd, copy all files to your computer, then format that microsd on your computer with EXFAT format (not NTFS, not FAT32).
After formatting, copy all those files to the microsd. Reinsert it on your Realme.

I bought this phone on last year sep2021. All works fine. I have done the update regularly for the android (Latest android 11) and realme UI updates (Realme 2.0). But the only problem which I'm facing is the memory card. There are frequently I need to restart my phone or eject the memory card and insert back, in order to make the phone to read it. Anyone can advise me on how to fix this?? Please guys. I love this phone.

DWG, 27 Apr 2022Does anybody know if this will work in the USA? The international version of Realme 7 5G (model RMX2111) will work with US GSM (AT&T, MetroPC...). Won't work with US CDMA (Verizon, Sprint...)

Got this phone July 2021. Still working perfectly as of Jan 30 2022. Heavy user. Minimum 10hrs onscreen time daily. Rapid charging. Realme phones i can confirm are top notch built. All the big names companies are just riding hard on their brand name with often subpar hardware on hefty price tags. Realme, Oppo, Xiaomi to the win. 100% recommended

bad batte... moreHonestly yes, I bought the phone in April, and until now everything has been fairly good. Pretty fast, good battery duration, fast charge as well( you can get to 100% in about 60 minutes, and 50% in 30 minutes).
The Cameras are surprisingly good as well, even in night conditions, with low light.
Overall a cheap and well mounted smartphone, which will last you for a long time.
