Yes, actually I've also considering to buy a52s/S20FE/Realmi GT ME/F3 since their price is similar..
But, as I know from watching some videos, they said S20FE isn't future proof (no 5G). Then GT ME is more for those who play games a lot. Dunno about F3 but it's hardware indeed tempting. And I left with a52s but personally I prefer 9pro+ since it's camera performance is better.
Do you think it's really worth to invest on this brand? I haven't try this brand so far. Tbh, the stigma of 'new brand is uncertain' is haunting me lol

I think it depends on your usage. I heard there are a lot of bugs in Poco (Redmi) such as Whatsapp black screen problem when listening to audio messages, but hardware in F3 is great. Realme GT i think its more to gaming purposes. Realme 9 Pro+ would be a better option if you are seeking for better camera, especially OIS feature at this lower price.

I need a new pho... moreI have this phone and I love it but I bought it for a much lower price than realme wants for it. It depends what on prices in your region but I've paid 260€ or $280.
For longevity I think samsung a52s would be a better choice - longer software support. I was thinking about buying it too but I like taking photos so I wanted a better camera, at the time the samsung was more expensive, and I've heard people were getting bad samples with bad battery performance and stutters. Also, although the situation probably changed in the last few years, my experience with mid-tier samsung that I've been using for the last 6 years or so wasn't the best. After a year or so the phone was lagging a lot. I've somehow endured though :) And after hearing about some users having stutters on their brand new phones I decided against it.

Guys, i need your help for me to decide..
I need a new phone, and my budget is similar with this Realmi 9pro+ 8/256 version.
I'm not into gaming too much.
And more into daily driver and long term usage (around 3 to 5years maybe).
I looked up many source and some said this phone's camera is good.
Is there any phone better than this? (A little bit higher price than this is fine too maybe i can afford if i saving up some more)

And why am i testing not under sunlight that even your auto brightness slider only at half when not exposed on sunlight? U already know that ONLY at SUNLIGHT a phone can achieve MAX BRIGHTNESS, and it is only 585 NITS. I already testing more phones than this one, and i already HOW to test it and WHEN to test it.
And let me tell u, PEAK BRIGHTNESS only achieved if u have HDR video played with AUTO BRIGHTNESS ON and UNDER HARSH LIGHT, without HDR certification, the brightness was said as HBM.

Glitter? Rainbow effect? Colors that change under sunlight? Sounds like Realme is trying to target the beauty market haha. This is pretty much exactly how to convince your girlfriend to switch phones.
And it's not just realme, it seems that the back designs of many smartphones are becoming more flashy and stylish, something that usually appeals more to females. Not that I have anything against it, just find it interesting that smartphones these days are becoming more like a beauty product.

Have been using this phone since last 20 days, upto now it's top notch phone. Camera is of excellent quality be it in daytime or at night. Battery lasts almost 2 days (but I charge once a day). You get about 80-90% in 30 minutes. I play PES and EA Racing 3 and those are excellent in this device.
I am very happy with this phone.

I really liked the quality of photo and video as well as smooth graphic during its use. I am not a gamer so no idea about it. Only problem now i have faced in my use in 1 month is that while you record video there is stuttering while you zoom in or out. I hope they fix it through updates.
