Realme C55 leaks in new renders alongside rumored launch date

Realme is gearing up to launch a new C-series phone in Indonesia and India soon and we now have some new renders as well as a rumored launch date to look forward to. Realme C55 is expected to launch next Tuesday, March 7 while open sales should start a day later.

Taking a look at the renders we can see the device will sport a punch-hole display and dual rear cameras (64MP + 2MP) housed in separate circular cutouts. The phone will arrive in at least two colors – gradient and black with both featuring a matte finish.

Realme C55 is rumored to bring a 6.52-inch LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. More interestingly, the new leak suggests the C55 will be the first Realme phone with a “Dynamic Island style” setup for notifications and charging details.

Elsewhere, the C55 is expected to launch with MediaTek’s Helio G88 chipset alongside 4/8GB RAM and 64/128/256GB storage. The phone will boot Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 on top and will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging

not the latest if it uses helio g88, which is crap than unisoc t616. the main factor is the storage type. g88 supports emmc while t616 is ufs 2.2, this phone should've been better with dimensity 810 or helio g90t chipset. both support ufs stor...

You'd be surprised at how a lot of the iPhone features trickle down to android phones. I think it started with the home button, and then the notch, soon it was the boxy shape of the sides of the phone. And now its the dynamic island.

Agree, since a lot of people cannot afford the iphone pro models, which has the dynamic island, android oem's try to mimic some iPhone features to make people buy their products.
