I'm looking for an upgrade from my old LG V30+ and I'm thinking to get a Nothing Phone 1 (love the design, aware of some system issues) and this one. Price is almost the same where I live, I do understand that this one is much more powerful, but it lacks something for me, maybe it's too simple. I don't know what to choose, any recs?

Had this phone since June 2022, and now currently on the latest Android 13 update.
Screen is amazing, 0 lag on this device, battery lasts an entire day and more, charging is a non-issue here. Cameras are amazing, I use the microscope camera more than I thought. It's camera performance is on par with my friends' iPhone 13 Pro. It gets hot when I'm using mobile data 5G the entire day but, trust me when I say this, it gets cool REALLY FAST.
Probably will not upgrade from this since this is the only device in this price range with an LTPO display.

I am afraid th... morejust dont put any case on it. its not like the back uses glossy back plastic anyway. often found in cheap phones.
if you want to put a case into it then go ahead. but you have to find the proper one.

My GT 2 Pro has got update, Android 13, realme UI 4.0, my latest update for Android Security Update, January 5, 2023
I use Nillkin Realme GT2 Pro CamShield Pro Case,
and for display protection, I use Nillkin Realme GT2 Pro CP+PRO tempered glass
This case was made specifically for the realme GT 2 Pro, so you don't have to worry about the bumper on the back
I'm quite satisfied using Nillkin case for my smartphone

I am afraid that the bumper at the back where the designer's signature is placed will be an obstacle with a case.. all the case on Amazon and Ebay seems to be designed to the normal version not the paper back version.

Unfortunately am so unhappy with the Realme support. Am using a GT2 Pro phone for 11 months and I still have on my phone a Google security patch of September, Android 12, and Realme UI 3.
Am living in Europe with a global version phone and all the updates happening in India and China. Why? What is this support?
I have communicated with them and asked about this issue, and their answer was that i have to communicate with my seller .... :(
Today 23 January 2023 and still no announcement of when it will be the update of GT2 Pro for Europe.
Is there anyone of the Realme support that can answer my questions?

I using this phone for 3 weeks and I only got the september update. The Android 13 update isn't available for me. Why? I'm using european version in Brazil. I bought on AliExpress.

The phone comes with Global ROM and Chinese, you can know what ROM your device has by looking at it's box, If you saw chinese words next to GT 2 Pro, then its Chinese ROM, if not, its Global.

Is this phone released from the factory with Chinese room only? Or there is some was released with global room also?
