Many websites didn't tell what protection LCD on this phone. So usually it would be Dragontail glass.

Before you update software, you can see first, it is Android 11 or Android 12. If your phone comes with Android 11 and the infor update less than 1 GB, it is still Android 11 and it has several version.
For example, your phone come with Android 11 version RMX3363_11_A.08, the first update come maybe version A.12, after A.12 version usually you will get notificationsl update version C.05 with size more than 4 GB, it is Android 12.

Maybe you should try restart phone. If doesn't fix, do factory reset. But before do factory reset, make sure the internet connection of your provider cellular is good.

Two days ago I tested Indosat 5G again in outside Monas area.
I got 5G icon then I tested using Net Velocity on my phone, I also tested update app on Play Store. The speed was like LTE.
Monas, Jakarta, using realme GT Master with Android 11 on Indosat network. Here are the screenshots I took:

Hey , I just bought a realme GT master edition
But the problem is when i connect it to the charger fast charging doesn't works
The problem is keep happening since the first charging untill now !!!!!
Note : I'm using the original cable and adaptor

Got it on 28th August, so far satisfied.
I really like that it's got support for 65W fast charging, the battery is okay for me, I've been charging it once a day ever since I got it.
Performance is really good, RAM management is okay, no notification delays in any app, I mean SD 778G really does the job with no problems.
Display is very good, it's a very good panel, 120hz refresh rate is really awesome, it doesn't have any visual glitches while scrolling or tinkering around with the display, nor does it feel choppy what so ever. Colors are really poppy.
I'd prefer if it had some kind of protection (at least Gorilla Glass 3), but none the less, a 5€ tempered glass is alright, I guess. And I really think realme should start providing some kind of ingress protection on their phones, I mean, at this price point, Samsung provides IP67 rating on their A series line-up. I'm not asking for the IP67/68, but like, some kind of water protection would be good.
I'm not a camera enthusiast, for me it's okay.
And I really like the design, honestly I'm in love with it. I bought the gray variant.
