If WiFi connection has no issues with other WiFi routers or APs then it is definitely an incompatibility issue. Again, I have no such issue with N. AC or AX routers since I am do connect to my office client's APs so I should know whether there is an issue with WiFi or not. Hth.

Mine is voyager gray variant. Its texture feel like plastic+rubber rather than typical animal leather e.g. calfskin. I usually use alcohol to clean up my phone. There is no paint peeling or discoloration. That means this vegan leather is alcohol resistant. Plus, I could you this phone without case. However, My routine life doesn't use pen or pencil therefore I can't tell you about it. But you can nonetheless use alcohol to wipe ink-mark or ink-spot without problem.

I bought it yesterday and let me tell you its an absolute pleasure to use it.profile although 0.7 mm thicker than blue color due suit case ridges on voyager grey serve a few purposes.....makes it look unique...an excellent touch feel,no need to clean every time,no smudges,even bundled cover has suit case pattern so your phone doesnt hide behind a bland Condom cover( excuse the name).
Still vegan leather is prone to scuffs and scratches but on a lesser rate than all the gorilla glasses combined,so if you are a person who likes to use his phone without the cover then go for it.you will not be disappointed
Also its very subtle color,do not expect any flashy vibe,and thus goes unnoticed,but when someone does notice it,it gets all the praise it deserves.suitcase style and vegan leather are the 2 factors which will make this phone a hit ...if they do although its a breeze to use...and very light weight and handy......Realme UI keeps fingering your launcher(ok n my case (Niagra Pro ) so it reverts back to system UI....except that ..no gripes....its the best so far Realme had to offer and reminds you of breezy samsung phones of upper middle range now like S and Note 10 series.

I have never used a phone with a vegan leather back so I'm kind of indecisive about buying the Voyager Grey variant and need some opinions.
I want to buy the voyager grey variant but I'm confused whether it'll be hard to maintain like I'm a student so sometimes you get marker and pen stains on your hand and they get up on your phone's back. Or it gets dirty with all the dirt and stuff. My hands are extra sweaty as well, lol.
So, would it get permanent or not? Would it be easy to clean and easy to at least clean the back with a wet tissue? Would doing so ruin the back's design or what?
Need serious opinions of users that have used this variant.

In my experience, a commercial router tends to degrade after 3 years. Last year every of my devices often faced WiFi disconnect and very low speed. I bought the new router (ASUS RT-AX58U) this year and my phone doesn't have WiFi issue. Using Speedtest app, I got download 514Mbps and 576 Mbps.

Two days ago I went to Realme Service Center, I asked about WiFi issue. The employee said tried WiFi first. So, I tried Realme Service Center WiFi. The result was, very fast, download apps from Play Store could up to 2,5 Mbps. So, I think maybe Realme GT Master Edition WiFi little weird. Other router were bad, in Realme Service Center was good.

Different dates are due to different versions released for different regions and operators. Check your device region and operator by dialing *#6776# and use the proper release
