No 3.5mm =no buy
You will not force me to use a big heavy type c to 3.5mm cable and not charging while listening or force me to use a Bluetooth headphones that need to charge all the time and bad mic and slow latency even the expensive ones

Probably you're referring to LG V series for Quad-DAC with ESS Sabre. I got only opportunity to tried my friend's V30 coming with b&o earphone. It's sounds good but not to my taste, not sure whether its the earphone or the phone itself. My suggestion is to keep that phone as audio player and buy another one for daily.
For sure what I referring to of 3.5mm is only for phones and with nowadays trend, 3.5mm ofcourse still needed but not in handphones.

We do have solution for your problem, i.e. dongles with both 3.5mm and USB charge is one of the solution, its strong and convenient enough even for gaming.
