Realme V5 listing reveals launch date - it is August 3
Last week Realme said it will have an announcement on July 27 about the Realme V5. Well, today is the day and the phone appeared on Tmall with a relatively full set of specs, and we also know the market release date - August 3.
The Realme V5 will come with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128 gigs storage. It is also listed with Dimensity 720 chipset, which has an octa-core CPU with all units clocked at 2 GHz. The rear camera is listed as 48MP (which we already knew) with no info on any of the other shooters, including the front-facing one.
Realme V5 in Silver, Blue, Green
The display of the V5 is listed as 6.5” with Full HD+ resolution, and it appears the panel is LCD because the power button has a fingerprint scanner embedded in it. We also get to see the two other colors the phone will come in, and they don’t have the massive “REALME” branding - name will be available on the Silver version, the Blue and Green won’t have it.
The launch is at 14:00 local time and we are yet to learn the price, and no, it won’t be CNY9,999, as this is just a placeholder.

but D800 has mali-G57 mc5 gpu whereas D720 has mali-D57 mc3 gpu. D720 has only 3 cores in it's gpu compare to 5 cores gpu of D800. So, we can expect less stable fps in game-play of d720 devices.
