You won't have access to Google services, since China blocks them and they won't come pre-installed, and also you might have problems with LTE reception

Sd cards are preferable so you won't have to use battery life to transfer them to the cloud aka Google photos.
Ram is needed for games, but you can revise what games you play based on what phone you get. However, look up your favorite games in the app store & find out how much memory they require. That will be your minimum phone memory requirement.
Again since you don't charge your phone battery size is the most important priority! Usually you'll find larger batteries with larger screen sized phones.

My budget is around 15k to 20k please let me know which phone i can buy..
i like to take pics, so need good camera
i like games, so need performance
i need that phone to have a good battery life
and mainly i don't change phone so often need a phone with good life...
