Data and wifi are just fine. Sine I use 2 sims and I can activate data on both sims so its a lil bit faster.

I bought this yesterday. I chose the 12gb ram 256gb variant. And most unfortunately there is no global rom for this variant at that time of purchase, I still bought it thinking no one was raising hell with the chinese rom variant. Big mistake I could not fully register in the Realme account since it requies a valid chinese phone no. Since I do not have one, I can still use my phone but I can not transfer my apps from my old phone using shareit because it requires me to sign in to the Realme account. There is one app 'toucher pro' that is extremely convenient but is no longer offered in google store that I cant transfer to this phone. And on top of that, the phone does not give you the access to use another launcher, the stock launcher does not work for me. And there are a lot of bloatware that the phone does not allow to uninstall. I guess if you really wanted this phone just buy the glibal variant

1. Despite on theory 5G is faster than 4G, in reality, by balance, maybe currently 4G is much more practical, stable than 5G despite being slower, but 4G in reality is not slow. People might appreciate more on the stable connection, the availability of 4G rather than faster speed at just very few place at the beginning of 5G implementation.
2. Technology move very fast, there will be faster 5G in the future, just like what happen to 3G and 4G every year. Meaning, even if you don't adopt 5G for now, you shouldn't worry about missing the beat as technology will improve from time to time. Meaning at the time you finally change your smartphone, there might already has faster 5G, or 5G become really stable, available everywhere and ready for use, or even already introducing 6G. It is a no end chase. Your current 4G/4G+ smartphone will work just fine. It is part of business strategy to lure people to change smartphone each year for small incremental upgrade, but not drastic upgrade.
All in all, just buy any smartphone you like with or without 5G. You won't loose much if you still purchase a 4G smartphone.

Another really irritating thing regarding the x2 pro/color os, is activating developer options, then setting the animations to either 0.5 or off. After a few hours, it just resets itself back to 1 automatically.
This is really really annoying.
Also not being able to swipe notifications away when they appear at the top of the screen. It ruins movie/video experience.

I got mine from Amazon and is the global version. My experience with battery is reaching near 2 days, power users will be less. Heating? Did not try long periods under sun light but you may expect higher consumption when screen is very bright nothing new here. Camera is not top, but x2 pro it's not a camera phone. You get a very good phone with an extremely good camera, very much above my needs and probably is the same for most people. Also you prob know that the term flagship goes away very fast as time passes by. Probably in less than two or three months your phone is no longer a flagship...

I really wanted the Mi Note 10 with the 108mp monster camera but EVERY other spec in that phone is disappointing. I went with a RM x2 Pro instead 12/256gb. When the MI 10 comes out I will replace the RealMe but until then happy with current setup.

Not good battery backup, while using in daytime in daylight big heating and battery
drain quickly. CAMERA NOT UP TO THE FLAGSHIP LEVEL, NO PICTURE clarity..
