I think budget phones should only consider these 4 things,
1/Processor (SD 7 Series)
2/Display (90Hz,OLED)
3/ Camera (As good as possible)
4/ Battery >=4000 mAh
For me,Just keep these 4 things AWESOME and I don't care about anything else.
Cut down expenses from other sides.
I don't even need a glass back,
Because eventually,everyone uses a cover...
Not many people these days keep their phone uncovered.
And Plastic back is even more durable

Now a days, company’s are confusing customers even with thier oun 5 to 6 different smartphone at a same price point...
I prefer 90Hz LED(Amoled) Displays instead of 120Hz or 144Hz LCD display......
