I own the 12/256GB variant of Realme X7 Max. I do admit the UI fluidity and smoothness have significantly improved after recent (EX01) FOTA update. The UI also feels very rich & polished.
Realme generally provides 2 major software updates and 3 years of security patch updates. So I believe we will continue having security patch updates till May, 2024.

I own the 12/256GB variant and phone operates like butter. However the battery optimization need to improve. On Android 11, battery backup was awesome, now just good.

Just updated to latest version August and September security patch.. Don't know what realme is doing last year realme x7 max antutu score was 6.8lacks but now after latest update antutu score is arround 7.9 lacks it's wonder 1 lakh is increased.... Thumbs up for realme for optimization 👍👍

Got september update to this mobile. Even after two year getting prompt updates, very nice keep it up Realme.

After update showing RMX3031_13.1.0.143(EX01) software version. Everything works fine. Mine is Indian unit with 12 gigs of RAM.

My phone hang and stuck for some time then my phone power off automatically and stuck on realme logo and my off automatically on and off on reame logo
