I have been using this phone for 2 years. No green. Line problem, but there were times after some software upgrade when the camera became quite lagging, usually fixed in the next upgrade. But I like the camera features.

to all user with realme x7 pro.
the best way to release the frustration is to comment on all realme new device launch by giving a warning on realme green line issue and bad customer service . slowly but surely it will effect realme reputation and branding.

218, 12 Sep 2023I have 2 green line, I think realme is intentionally doing ... morevery bad mobile do not buy firstly one green line came automatically now multiple green line came in mobile worst mobile, I went to service center , they advice me to change display which costing 10380 Rs. so its very bad experience after using 1 and half years.

I have 2 green line, I think realme is intentionally doing this. never gonna buy any AMOLED phone. my realme 6i is running like a boss but this expensive x7 pro is greeting me with 2 green lines every time I Unlock. Currently using Samsung s21 fe and I know greenlines are coming although no major complaints on this s21 fe is reported but after 2 years god knows.

This Realme X7 Pro 5G phone gets hot fast when on video chat for only a few minutes and the screen gets very very hot too, so I have to stick it in the freezer for a few minutes in front of the air blower just to cool it down, but then it gets very hot again. Also, using the screen recorder during a video chat on any app doesn't record the person or sounds on the other side even though the Record System Sound Settings and the Record Microphone Settings are both turned On, which is sounds on the other side. I have Record System Sound permissions On to Record their side and the Record Microphone Sound On for my side, but when playing it back, it doesn't record their side, only mine. Having these 2 permissions of Record System Sound and Record Microphone Sound Both On for the screen recorder on the Realme X 50 Pro 5G and the Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G phones work and record the other side of the person's video call when playing back the videos. When these 2 same permissions are On for the Realme X7 Pro 5g, it still doesn't work. This is very strange and I hope somebody can reply and help us figure this out because we've tried everything and with still having all the permissions on, it still doesn't work within the phone. Can anybody reply to this and help us solve this problem please? We would gladly appreciate it, thanks

I got it when it just released. Mine is running on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0. I rarely see any issue affect my experience, however I personally prefer Realme UI 2.0 more than the latest UI version. The most noticable disadvantage of this phone is the camera quality. There are 3 different lenses from wide to macro but I never use wide or macro because they're pretty useless due to the poor quality.
I also don't play intense games so the performace and battery are quite acceptable. Battery health is around 92% now but it could still handle roughly 9-10 hours of screen on.

Device is running good
But after updating to android 11 it is lagging too much while gaming.waiting to settle the mobile to android 11
But it had been 2.week but no improvement
I bought this for gaming but it is no giving performance
I hope a update will come for better gaming

I have Realme x7 pro 5G 8/128 GB.
I think it's not good product at this price. I would never like to be a customer of realme in the future.
Some problems in my phone are as follows
~Mobile Lagging Problem
~Suddenly the video stops while watching the video and keeps the audio on
~Suddenly coming to home screen while using application
~Sometimes suddenly coming to home screen while using keyboard.

Been using the RealmeX7 Pro for 3 days now. My previous phone was an Oppo Reno 3. This screen has a better display and haptic feedback. It gets a bit warm while charging or in continuous use while installing apps, but I expect this to resolve with time. It is working well so far.

Hello Realme, my phone is frequent getting frame drop during play games, especially during play an Alphate 9. All this happen after my phone is upgrade system to android 11. Overall is OK, just some issue only in gaming. In future, please, fix that bug by having an update. Tq
