I recently installed version RMX1921EX_11_C.02 and found these bugs:

Phone gets a bit laggy sometimes
Brightness in automatic mode is not working
Software update through settings won't work -Crashes a while after opening
Battery life very affected - Huge battery drain
NFC stopped working

RMX1921EX_11_C.03 is out and installed it with the recommended procedure (i don't know if it was actually installed though) but the bugs are still there. Does anyone has the same issues or know if a hard reset will clear those out?

    jasmin, 06 Mar 2020airtel wifi calling is there but its running or not Friend dont buy this for brtter go for redmi... In my phone proximity sensor not working.. still service center says it working.

            My realme XT also has NFC.
            but it seems like Realme focused on İndian market only. still I haven't received Android 10.
            next time will buy Xiaomi.

              Anonymous, 14 Mar 2020just got international XT today (USA)...it has NFCI'd never know about it until I buy one. That's a though luck then to the global XT users.

                    I have the global/Russian/European version (whatever realms calls it, with NFC) since November.
                    So far zero updates. Still on the October security patch.
                    Realme focuses only on the Indian market and ignores the others. Why should they bother, they got the money.
                    The hit and miss cam, Dolby atmos/equalizer is n/a in BT, low volume might not be fixed due to the lack of updates.
                    Support doesn't even respond after asking for an ETA for the first ever patch.
                    2 year patch support, 2 major upgrades... my a$$

                    Lesson learned, no more realme for me.

                              Guys, though the update is out on official webpage for us to manually download and install, I would definitely advise against doing so. Coz even after the update is installed successfully, you phone will still show old patch and software version in phone details. For me, I did manually download and install RealmeOS UI1 for my XT on 2 Feb 2020 and my phone is running on android 10, if I try to see features in settings -> software update, it shows december 2019 security patch and all odd features or ColorOS instead of new RealmeOS. Not that is a very big issue and cozing any problems while using the phone, still you keep seeing old patch details instead of new one. If you are not bothered, then you may manually download and install the new patch. This is to just let you all know.

                                andrewilly2020, 27 Feb 2020Who else has the global version and has not received any updates?I also use global version and havent received any update. it seems like realme focused on India market only and skips other regions.
                                I wanted to clarify I am living in Azerbaijan (near Russia), if I will update my phone to Android 10 manually using the official update file from Realme India official site, will I face any problem?

                                  I did a factory reset after upgrading to Android 10. Everything is fine.
                                  camera clarity is good, saturation is toned down. Battery is top notch getting 7hr SOT.
                                  Gaming is as usual with SD712 chip.
                                  Charging is also good.
                                  I suggest everyone to reset your phone then try using it for a day, everything will be set.

                                    after the recent update my face unlock feature is not working. The face i have saved got erased. and i am unable to add the face. also the search bar placed on the top of the menu is not working properly.
