Redmi K50 Gaming gets torn down on video
Last week Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi took the wraps off its first K50 family member, the Redmi K50 Gaming (also known as the K50G). This is a model aimed at gaming as the name implies, with magnetic pop-up physical gaming triggers and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC at the helm.
So a pretty interesting device undoubtedly. And now, mere days after its unveiling, we have a video teardown of it to show you. This one was recorded in China and looks kind of, sort of official - do prepare to hit pause a lot though if you want to get a longer look at any of the components, because the pace of this thing is really alert - it's barely more than a minute long, and by the end the parts also go onto a toy car, because why not.
The Redmi K50 Gaming will probably not launch under this name internationally, but last year the K40 Gaming was offered outside of China as the Poco F3 GT, so maybe that will once again happen in 2022, we'll have to wait and see.
