I am facing problem with 3g connection. Though in full network 3g speed reduced to 120 kbps till midnight. After that speed will boost up to 3mbps. Please try to clarify problem with operator or my mobile.

bharath, 27 Aug 2014is very nice phone .iam use very smoothly The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 has 1.5GB Ram and 8GB Rom.It Handels The File Game smothmly...And Also Has Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 The Rich GPU in world...No one can say That this phone is no good for them..But I also agree that The phone Sccreen 5.25 inch is big for New people .......I Am buying This Phone soon as soon

this phone is good but overpriced . i bought it on 23 march 2014 at 22000/- now it is available at 16k . this is vary bad policy of Samsung. now every Samsung smart phone buyers should wait at least 3 -4 month when any product launches. because Samsung slash price too much.

Is there any problem with the 3G service because of new updates. My mobile 3G speed reduced to 250 kbps from the last 2 days. I did factory reset but results are the same. Please help me to solve the issue

I bought this mobile 3 months back. still now i get any problems in this mobile. Samsung has continuously delivering the OTA updates to resolve every small problems in the device. Till now received nearly 6 updates in my device every update making my device very cool.
Till now my device is working fine. Ill suggest my friends to buy this phone only.

The Nokia has lower specs but runs so much better than the Grand 2, Just got 2 days out of the battery from my Nokia 1320 and I was med/heavy use for the 2 days (I also have around 300 apps loaded on my phone)... Anybody that recommends the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 needs to get out and try other phones.

Her... moreNo don't buy this phone. I dislike it immensely. Worst Android phone I have ever used... people say it's fast haven't used other phones. I constantly open up my contacts list and keep hitting the wrong buttons because the contacts haven't loaded quickly.
You can't put your apps/games onto the micro SD so 8gb internal memory isn't enough for big game files... Too many things to say that I dislike about this phone.

jags, 29 Aug 2014yeah, i m phasing same problem....Yep... Had the same problem as well.
I just find this to be a nothing phone. At 5.25" the phone is too big to sit in your hand to be able to type with one hand and it's too small to be of any use as a large phone. Because we have Microsoft exchange on this phone it requires a pin code and there is no push to talk function. You must type your pin code first (plus push the ok button)to unlock the phone to make a call... This is hopeless for a business person on the road.
Finally, my biggest hate is that this phone is slow... I'm sorry but I have a Nokia 625 & Nokia 1320 with less CPU power and RAM and they are both faster than this phone by a long shot.
Even worse, the battery really isn't good enough for this phone and is as bad as the iPhone 4S that I use to have.
I was the biggest Android fan until I used this phone and now it has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth towards Samsung and Android.
Honestly, if you want a large phone don't get this one, I really have nothing to recommend about it.
