The only reason as I explained in detail and you two are over looking...That people like the G2 better is because of coming out later and having a S800 instead of the S600. And some liked the bezels better.
That is almost entirely it right there.

As far as display in terms of saturation/accuracy/and sunlight, ergonomics, camera and Battery S4 Sucks.....
Before G2 i used S4 and its battery lasts only half day.....and design is outdated cheap look (meanwhile S5 is also looks same in Design).....thats why i sold S4 and buyed G2......Even though ui looks like touchwiz, but it is buttery smooth with all animations no lag at all, very snappy....

Dory, 27 Apr 2014let me tell you guys my expeirnce as I used GS4 and G2 and ... moreYeah no...The only true advantage it had was the fact it came out later and had an S800 chip vs the S600 in the S4. Although the S4 ended up having an S800 version with LTA...So LG even kind of lost that.
That and the battery lasted a little longer...Mostly in call times though...Not so much overall usage despite being thicker and having a 400mah battery lead.
Although as everyone saw the standby time was kind of bad. So not even so much there.
As far as display in terms of saturation/accuracy/and sunlight, ergonomics, camera, removable battery, software, and updates the S4 was better.
In fact to aid even further in the Galaxy most of what makes the G line is Galaxy. The G Pro straight looks like a Galaxy period. The G2 and G Pro 2 borrow from Galaxy design, but alter it and slim bezels. However they even ended with the same glossy finish everyone bashed. And LG did not have to accommodate for the more useful physical buttons when slimming the bezels.
And when it came to UI and features with Optimus UI...it was basically just a copy and past of Touchwiz.

let me tell you guys my expeirnce as I used GS4 and G2 and frankly saying that no comparison between them G2 is far far better than S4 in all terms, i'm sure if people use the G2 they will fil the difference as i'm.

In the world of electronics it's like matching a 1990 Ford against a 2014 Ford. Things move on so quickly now and I'd certainly expect a better phone for 200 euro more. So you can't really match them. Is a Bentley better than a Vauxhall? You get what you pay for.

Whoever says the G2 wins obviously hasnt read the review properly. Samsung was supposed to win. Some of y'all need to think before you post.

2.Battery life: LG G2
3.Build quality: Tie
These are the things that really matter, and G2 wins easily.

Fact is the G2 is about half the price and 90% of the phone... and it looks a LOT better.

G2 is a great phone in all aspects and its the best phone when It comes to body to screen size it compacts 5.2' display while others with smaller screen and bigger body. S5 is absolutely a great phone too but its not far away from the G2 which gives LG big respect cuz they r new in high end flagship android phones while samsung has been leading It for long time
