I had purchased with device and it is working fine till date. The display and touch sensitivity is good. But camera is not so good. It does has a slightly unstable back panel(No a big problem). Battery is good. I am happy with device

i could not delete a particular call from the history of the log. how can I delete one specific call instaead of all call log?

I purchased Moto E 4 month back. 3 weeks back I don't know how it happened but its display got a crack. I am sure it did not fall down but it got a crack suddenly. since there are no proper service centers in Hyderabad I went to other mobile store they said the display cost is 3,500/-. So I am not at all happy with this quality less mobile

The LCD quality is very poor and its very fragile. Even without a fall the LCD can crack and I have experienced thi first hand. More over the cost of repairing the broken LCD is greater that the handset itself (in INdia). Can you believe, Motorola service center is OFFICIALLY charging Rs7272/- for cracked LCD (no front glass, only LCD), which is more that teh cost of a new MOTO E handset.
The only option left fo the hapeless custommer is to get the LCD repaired at an unauthorised service center at a very high cost (Rs.2000-2500) and loose the warranty.
No one should ever buy this Mobile.

Moto E has a huge shortcoming which seem to plague Moto g etc , THE HEADPHONE JACK. I ve return 2 moto e because the headphone jack cut in and out. It doesn't matter what headphones it's how the internal jack connection is made that is the Problem. You ve got 3 concentrators inside the jack . it seem like one of them gets pushed on to hard and the phone can't tell if there a headphone or not. Cuts back and forth . Great Phone but don't buy to use a media device .
