LEd displays are LCDs where the backlight has change from CCFL (Fluorescent Light) to LED Light, but the technology is near the same, the advantage for mobile devices are less power consumtion and smaller lcd.
Amoled/OLED is a diferent technology.
In Galaxy S2/S3 colors where artificial, and White never white
I have Galaxy S4 and the display is amazing, color reproduction is perfect, is no QHD but who is able to see the diference without a microscope.
I see display Galaxy S5 Amoled, and is a step in luminosity. No need for QHD in 5 inches.

Probably you will se in the future AMOLED in IPhones, of course with a diferent name, because now is the best display.

I wanted to know the difference in memory capacity between Samsung S5 and the LG 3 if there is one. I've always heard that the LG has so much of their own apps built in that there is not too much place left for your own.
