S5 does NOT lag maybe some asian network on 2g screws it. No problems on LTE or 3g in Europe

Now i have a G3 purchased November 2014...wow i just 💘 it...lightyears ahead of the s5...truly amazing

Next week lg g3 will have android 4.5 lollipop which solves a lot of the performance problems

LG G3 T-Mobile provider has added a very sad Warning in its User Manual, which makes feel like throwing away my G3.
Its really sad if I had known it earlier I would have never bought it at the first place.

For me Lg g3 is the winners . Although s5 has done well in the reviews but in key areas like display , body,looks,processor, ram, audio etc g3 is much better. g3 has 5.5 inch screen still its length is almost as same as s5,simply amazing design. Yeah u might point out about camera being inferior but i dont give much importance to camera as v r not going to do wildlife photography with these phones. Will be buying G3 soon.

Both phones are trash.
S5 has Samsung's TrashWiz skin, and the AMOLED screen is still as pixelated as I remember it to be. All I have to do is look closely and see the pentile arrangement of the pixels. Still can't beat a good LCD.
G3 has an unnecessary QHD screen, otherwise everything else is fine. But the screen is the deal breaker - ironic considering that it is supposed to be the selling point.

Honesty after alot of thought the g3 and z2 was my best option. The s5 is very popular though and most of my family and friends own it and they complain about lag the g3 lags but not like the s5. The g3 display is the best to me once veiwing hi-res content and i previously owned a galaxy but the colours on the lg g3 aren't dull at all it's amazing the camera with laser autofocus is great to plus the size of the display and the size of the phone is amazing as well. To me lg was better this year

It's funny they're comparing a nearly 6 month old phone with a 2 month old phone and the 6 month old phone still holds its own. Samsung is king, don't believe me? check S4 sales, check S5 sales, check Samsung sales as a whole, they are DOMINATING. But the Galaxy S series isn't for me, I'll be getting the Note 4, which will blast the G3 out of the water in battery, screen, camera, features, durability and updates. What's not to love about Sammy? You can even tone down the saturation of you don't like punchy colors. LG would be my 2nd choice, though they're a distant second.

I'm just pointing out facts.
How is Amoled not suitable for mobile web, when cinema mode has better white balance than almost all LCD calibrated balances?
And if again...Amoled is only very saturated if you chose it to be. Most LCD is just saturated without option of change. While lacking everything else Amoled offers....
That's called knowing the facts. Not blind following.

G3 Rocks .. I got Mine ...Best display ever used .
Really comfortable to eyes compared to CRAPOLED

The G3 is a real disappointment. The screen colurs are dull and you dont have many choices to adjust colour. The wifi direct doesn't work properly, smart beam has issues. You have to download software to try and make it work. As for the "Quad HD" is crap. Truthfully the Galaxy S3 made in 2012 is a way better phone in every aspect.

The problem with G3 is the screen resolution. LG G3 and Galaxy S5 have the same GPU, but the G3 has higher screen resolution. Therefore the G3 has much worse performance, games lags, ...

The same way u should look urself and tell im blindly supporting AMOLED . Im making the point AMOLED with fake colors are good only to watch movies(may be televisions) . For reading / online shopping and all its not good . in short AMOLED is not suitable for phone .its irritating the eyes .

those how are saying the QHD isn't wow they should play demo clips on the device gallery & they will be amazed. but why can't nocice it in some media, apps or els because it doesn't support QHD yet. I'm a samsung s4 user & its battry last about 6hours of heavy duty but the LG G3 last about 7 hours so it's a little feature. the worst thing in the device is the front camera it capture a concaved picture, latterly! but the performance, material is excellent .
